Sizing

A few small notes on length and fit. Pearls sit best when the piece is the right shape for the person.

I
On necklaces

Three lengths, three ways to wear.

Length is most of how a necklace sits. We currently make three: a collar, sitting high and close around the neck; a choker, resting at the base of the neck; and a princess, falling just below the collarbone. The same strand reads quite differently at each.

If you are unsure between two, the choker sits comfortably on most people, and is the easiest length to wear every day.

II
On bracelets

One size, made to adjust.

Every bracelet is made to a single length, then finished with a curb-chain extender so it can be worn close or a little loose. To check your fit, wrap a soft tape around your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet.

Most wrists fall between 15 and 17 cm, so the extender leaves room to sit it just where you like. If your wrist sits outside this range, write to us and we will make one to suit.

III
On earrings

They fit.

Earrings come at one length. If a pin or hook needs to be adjusted to sit straight, we will do that by hand before posting. Write a note in the order and we will set aside a few extra minutes for it.
